Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm 
Enrollment papers may be picked up at Dixie
Items to bring:
Child's : Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Record
Parent / Guardian Photo ID (Driver's License)
Proof of Address- a Current Utility Bill (Gas, Water, or Electric)
